Three Simple Questions

Three Questions to Start Therapy

With three simple questions, the work has begun. While of course no persons life situation can be distilled into three questions, and there will certainly be many more along the way. But if you think carefeully about the following before visiting, this will help your therapist begin the work of recovery. While simple, don't take them lightly, and it's also OK if you don't know!

  1. What brings you here?
  2. How is your qulity of life being effected or compromised?
  3. How can I, the therapist, help?

Feel free to copy these down, and even write down some thoughts to help you answer them.
